By accessing and using Swiss Heritage Group's AI services ("Services"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Swiss Heritage Group provides AI-powered customer service solutions, including but not limited to:

  • Conversational AI chatbot services
  • Instagram and social media automation tools
  • Business process automation
  • Customer service management platforms
  • Analytics and reporting tools

3. User Accounts

To access our Services, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Providing accurate and complete information
  • Promptly updating your account information

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit harmful or malicious content
  • Interfere with the operation of our Services
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

5. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge all fees associated with your subscription. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as specified in our refund policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The Services and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by Swiss Heritage Group and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data and content submitted through our Services.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or other operational requirements. We will provide advance notice when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

Swiss Heritage Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our Services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to access and use the Services will cease immediately. We may retain certain information as required by law or legitimate business purposes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
