30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Swiss Heritage Group offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are not completely satisfied with our AI services within the first 30 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Refund request must be made within 30 days of initial subscription
  • Account must not have violated our Terms of Service
  • Request must include a valid reason for the refund
  • Account must have been used in good faith for legitimate business purposes

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscriptions older than 30 days
  • Custom development or integration services
  • Third-party service fees or charges
  • Accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations
  • Partial month refunds for subscription cancellations

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at support@swissheritagegroup.com
  2. Include your account email and subscription details
  3. Provide a reason for the refund request
  4. Allow up to 5 business days for review
  5. Receive confirmation and refund processing information

Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Your account access will be terminated immediately
  • All account data will be scheduled for deletion
  • You will receive an email confirmation of the refund

Cancellation vs. Refund

Please note the difference between cancellation and refund:

Cancellation:

Stops future billing but allows continued access until the end of the current billing period. No refund for the current period.

Refund:

Returns payment for the current period and immediately terminates account access (available only within 30 days).

Prorated Refunds

We do not offer prorated refunds for subscription downgrades or mid-cycle cancellations after the 30-day guarantee period. Changes to your subscription will take effect at the next billing cycle.

Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns about our refund decision, you may escalate the matter by contacting our management team at disputes@swissheritagegroup.com. We will review your case within 10 business days and provide a final decision.
